Valuing Self-Care

Human-beings are dynamic.  We are born into a life of significance and meaningful connection.  It is our nature to experience the yin and yang that is life.  A core part of the coaching process is bringing awareness to your life circumstances and your health to help identify the harmony and disharmony as opportunity for authentic healing, care, and satisfaction in life.

Connect. Discover. Accept.

Authentic Self: bringing awareness to how you feel about yourself, your wants and needs, meaning of current life circumstances, and your legacy and purpose in life.  The intention is truth, acceptance, compassion, understanding, and gratitude.  Your capacity to share this ever-evolving relationship with yourself allows you to share "human-being" and connection with others, as well as understanding of your significance and contribution in life.

Integrate. Experience. Develop. 

Self-Care Practices:  balancing lifestyle-factors that support your core values, including sleep, nutrition, relationships (self, partners, friends, career, finances, etc.), exercise, spirituality, and joy.  This integrates action-based behavior that is supportive of your well-being and ultimately fuels your ability to honor your purpose in life. 

Respect. Love. Care.

Embody Love: living and being a source of self-acceptance, respect, and care; a formative movement of self-love, which directly influences collective care within the world we live - including the mind, body, and spirit.​​
